Terms of service

I hereby authorize the repair work quoted on this work order to be done along with the installation of any necessary parts. All estimates and quotes provided are subject to change. We will make every effort to contact you and inform you of any change in cost for your work order. I agree that Impala Bicycles Ltd. are not responsible for loss or damage to repair bicycles or articles left in/on repair bicycles in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond their control.  Further, I agree Impala Bicycles Ltd. are not responsible in the case of repair e-bikes for any damage to the electronic power drive system or related parts (ie. batteries, controllers and motors)  I hereby grant Impala Bicycles Ltd. and/or it's employees permission to operate the repair bicycle herein described on the streets or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection.
