Refund policy

STORE RETURN POLICY: 10-day exchange or store credit on unused bicycles and in store accessory purchases with original packaging and receipt. No returns on helmets, cycling shorts, special orders, clearance items or installed parts. 20% restocking fee on canceled layaway items. A 4% service charge will be applied on all credit card refund transactions.
